We at Aartfit want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain items, such as undergarments, gift cards, and clearance items, are non-refundable.

2. Return Process

  2. Pack the item securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Ship the package to our return address (provided upon request) within 7 days after contacting us.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

5. Shipping Costs
